Our location at 5 Santa María Street places you in the heart of the historic district. Vitoria-Gasteiz is a walkable city, but here we provide the keys to getting there most efficiently, whatever mode of transport you choose.

If you’re coming

By car

Although we’re in a pedestrian zone, you can park your car at the Artium Parking and walk to La Casa Santa María via the moving walkway. It’s the most convenient and economical option (approx. €13/day).

If you’re coming

By bus

From the bus station, the fastest way is the tram, heading towards Angulema. In 10 minutes you’ll reach the city centre at the Parlamento stop, from where it’s just an 8-minute walk to the house

If you’re coming

By plane

Foronda Airport is 20 minutes away. The special airport bus connects with regular flights, and the most convenient stop is on Calle Cadena y Eleta, located less than a 10-minute walk from the house.

If you’re coming

By train

The station is about a 12–15-minute walk away. The route is a pleasant stroll along Dato Street and across Plaza de la Virgen Blanca. If you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, there’s a taxi rank right outside the station

If you prefer a faster option, a taxi is the most direct choice.
