Each studio has its own personality
- Garden views (3 studios): 33 m² studios with garden views. They feature a living area; a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a ceramic cooktop; and a bathroom with a shower. An extra bed for a third person is available. Bright, quiet, and perfect for working, resting, or unwinding.
- Views of Santa María Street (4 studios): 33 m² studios. They feature a living area; a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a ceramic cooktop; a bathroom with a shower; and the option of an extra bed for a third person. Natural light overlooking the city’s most iconic and historic street.
- Duplex Studio: A 65 m² duplex spread across two floors. The ground floor features a living room, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a ceramic cooktop. The upper floor includes a bedroom and access to a second private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. A unique space with a balcony, ideal for families or extended stays. (Capacity: up to 4 people).
- Studio with private patio: located on the ground floor, it features a small private outdoor patio, ideal for al fresco breakfast or enjoying a moment of calm (Capacity: 2–3 people).
